Most of the other enemies are a level 20 or higher. The levels of enemies in this area vary, including the boss, whom is a level 53. This is the spawn area of the Bandit Overlord. Contains very few enemies, all Bandit Soldiers

This area is the spawn place of the Bandit Overlord, who drops the Slicer, an every boss weapon. This area contains Higher levels of Bandits whom are now Bandit Soldiers.
